This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital Westfield located in Westfield, IN. Highlights Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a CRNA to work within our

MDA/CRNA

collaborative anesthesia care team model. Â

New graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply Â
Average of 40hours/week, 4â€"10-hour shifts, self-scheduled Â
No call, weekends, nights, or holidays Â
Cases include a variety of General, MAC, ENT, Neuro, Spine, and Ortho within OR, Endo, CT, MRI, and IR Â
No Peds, OB, or Hearts Â
Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills are essential Â

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
