25-bed

Critical Access Hospital Team:

All-CRNA group (currently 3 providers; hiring a 4th)

Facilities:

3 Operating Rooms 2

Endoscopy Suites Case Mix:

General Surgery Orthopedics Podiatry Urology Healthy ENT No hearts, heads, or major vascular Very few pediatrics

Call Schedule:

1:4 Call from home if within 15 minutes of the hospital Otherwise, in-house call Skills Required Independent practice

• Must be comfortable working without MD supervision Epidurals
• Required Spinals and nerve blocks
• Preferred (training available if needed) Must be adaptable and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

Competitive Call Pay:

Time and a half for hours worked during call
