$20,000 Relocation Bonus for Moving to Ennis Plus 401(k) About the Role We're looking for a skilled CRNA to deliver the full spectrum of anesthesia care — from pre-anesthetic assessment through post-anesthetic follow-up — for patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures. You'll formulate and carry out anesthetic care plans in collaboration with our attending anesthesiologists, with real ownership of patient safety, comfort, and outcomes. What You'll Do Conduct pre-anesthetic patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement anesthetic care plans in collaboration/consultation with attending anesthesiologists Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care across diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures Provide post-anesthetic follow-up, evaluation, and care Practice in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act, established protocols, the multidisciplinary plan of care, and clinical area-specific standards Maintain working knowledge of infection control, sanitation, safety standards, and appropriate utilization of supplies and equipment Stay current on the rules, regulations, and laws governing nursing practice and support organizational compliance with accreditation and payer program requirements What We're Looking ForEducation Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) or its predecessor Licensure & Certification Current, valid RN license or temporary RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing, or a valid Compact RN license Current APRN license or temporary authorization, with interim approval not to exceed 120 days from issuance, and authorization to practice as a CRNA from the Texas Board of Nursing Valid national CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Current healthcare provider CPR certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network Current ACLS certification Ability to meet and maintain credentialing requirements as outlined in facility bylaws, rules and regulations, and credentialing policies Skills & Qualities Strong, ethical clinical decision-making in anesthetic patient care, with unwavering respect for patients' rights Excellent organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication with physicians, patients, families, and medical staff across diverse backgrounds A consistent, demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care How to
