Job Description
Job Summary Preston Memorial Hospital, located in beautiful Kingwood, WV, less than 30 miles from Morgantown, WV is a rural hospital with vision, diversity, stability and a future. The CRNA will practice both autonomously and in collaboration with a variety of health providers on the interprofessional team to deliver high-quality, holistic, evidence-based anesthesia and pain care services. The CRNA cares for patients at all acuity levels across the lifespan in a variety of settings for procedures including, but not limited to, surgical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management. Education Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs. Experience Previous work experience (5 years) as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Demonstrates current competency in the clinical responsibilities specified below.
