full-time Company Description Lee County Cooperative Clinic dba Olly Neal Community Health Center is an FTCA-deemed Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Lee, St. Francis, and Phillips counties in Arkansas. With four locations in Marianna, Hughes, Lakeview, and Madison, the organization provides comprehensive, community-based care. In addition to primary care, services include dental, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, transportation, insurance enrollment support, health education, and care management. The team is committed to delivering excellent care and superior service at every interaction, with a focus on accessible, patient-centered healthcare. Medical practitioners join a mission-driven environment dedicated to improving health outcomes across diverse communities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Provider role based in Marianna, AR. The Medical Provider will provide direct patient care, including conducting examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing appropriate medications and therapies. The role includes developing and updating treatment plans, coordinating care with dental, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and care management teams, and ensuring proper documentation in medical records. The Medical Practitioner will educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of ongoing conditions, while supporting health education initiatives in the community. Responsibilities also include participation in quality improvement activities, adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements, and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff to support LCCC's mission of excellent care and superior service. Qualifications Licensed Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing, with eligibility for practice in Arkansas. Demonstrated clinical competency in primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management across diverse populations. Strong skills in patient communication, health education, and culturally responsive care, with a commitment to serving medically underserved communities. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, including dental, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and care management professionals. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, accurate clinical documentation, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in an FQHC setting. Preferred experience in community health, public health, or Federally Qualified Health Centers, and familiarity with care coordination and chronic disease management. Comfort managing a full-time, on-site schedule in Marianna, AR, with reliability, professional integrity, and strong organizational and time-management skills. Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics) is strongly preferred.
