We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide treatment and services to patients to treat Chronic Venous Insufficiency. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories
Diagnose and treat chronic venous insufficiency
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement patient care plans
Prescribe medications and treatments
Provide counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Adhere to professional standards and legal regulations
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state]
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in [specialty]
Minimum [number] years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Proficiency in ICD-10 coding standards
Experience in managing cardiovascular disease preferred but not required

Candidate would be expected to travel to each of the four locations in a week. Mileage reimbursements will be provided.
