In this role, you will provide comprehensive adult primary care, including routine exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits in an outpatient clinical setting. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, ordering and interpreting labs and imaging, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with physicians and specialists. You'll document in the EMR, follow clinic protocols and quality metrics, and deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care while adapting to varying clinic workflows and schedules.
