This is an excellent opportunity for experienced providers who interested in building a long-term career in specialty medicine. Our team provides mentorship, collaborative physician support, and hands-on training in nephrology and chronic kidney disease management. Competitive compensation:
$130,000-$140,000 base salary Productivity bonus potential up to 30% Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off Wellness benefits CME support and more Collaborative and supportive physician-led environment Opportunity to learn a highly specialized and growing field Practice Details Majority of this role is focused on clinic with small portion of dialysis or hospital rounding Primarily Los Angeles County locations Full-time position Team-based care model Training and mentorship provided Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Excellent communication and patient education skills Interest in chronic disease management and specialty care Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment About the Role This provider will work closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis needs, and related medical conditions.
Responsibilities include:
