Psychological and Substance Abuse Services, Inc., is seeking an Associate Therapist to join our team in Moreno Valley, CA. As a member of the PSAS team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to help clients feel empowered to live the life they've always envisioned. As an Associate Therapist, you will treat a diverse range of clients from various populations and a wide variety of mental health conditions. PSAS provides psychological services that include diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy for individuals and families alike. From clinical operations, including credentialing, contracting, and billing, we provide administrative support that enables our providers to focus on what matters: delivering high-quality care. This position follows an in-person work model designed to support collaboration, productivity, and a healthy work-life balance by creating clear boundaries between work and personal time. You'll see the clients document and go home. Primary Responsibilities Provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings as needed. Uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Participate in quality assurance and ongoing professional development. Compensation Associate Therapists:
W2 employment options ranging from $58,240.00 to $102,500.00/year Additional incentives are negotiable based on experience and contributions. Required Requirements Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Have a clear, active, unrestricted, and independent license (ACSW/AMFT/APCC) in the state of California. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, including children/adolescents, families, and adults. Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Word, Outlook, Valant Practice Management (or other EHRs). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness. Proficiency with a variety of clinical approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.). Bilingual skills are highly valued.
