As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing safe, personalized, and results-focused care while creating an exceptional experience for every client. We are looking for someone who combines clinical expertise with a warm personality, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for aesthetics and wellness. What You'll Do Provide professional, personalized consultations and treatment plans based on each client's goals and needs. Perform aesthetic and wellness treatments within your scope of practice and training. Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and appropriate home-care routines. Maintain a high standard of safety, professionalism, cleanliness, and patient care. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and create a comfortable, welcoming experience. Stay current on the newest aesthetic treatments, technologies, products, and industry developments. Work closely with our estheticians and front desk team to provide a seamless client experience. Maintain accurate and thorough client records and treatment documentation. Follow all applicable clinical, regulatory, and safety standards. Contribute to a positive, professional, team-oriented environment. Represent the med spa with confidence, professionalism, and genuine care for every client. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is: Licensed and in good standing within the applicable state. Experienced in aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or a related field, or eager to build expertise in aesthetic medicine. Passionate about skincare, beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel confident. Warm, personable, and excellent at building relationships with clients. Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to clinical excellence. Confident communicating treatment recommendations in a clear and professional way. Dedicated to patient safety, ethical care, and exceptional results. Comfortable working in a luxury, client-focused environment. A team player who enjoys collaborating with estheticians, providers, and front desk staff. Excited to continue learning and growing with the latest technologies and treatments in aesthetics.
