Join a fast-paced, patient-focused urgent care team dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to the community. Our state-of-the-art clinics offer walk-in care for acute illnesses and injuries, occupational medicine, workers' compensation, onsite laboratory services, and digital X-ray capabilities We're seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment This position requires the flexibility to work across all three clinic locations in Arvada, Thornton, and Lakewood, Colorado

POSITION SUMMARY
As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) , you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries while working alongside an experienced clinical team. You'll play a key role in delivering efficient, compassionate, evidence-based care and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and urgent medical conditions Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic tests Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide follow-up care Perform urgent care procedures within your scope of practice Recognize, stabilize, and manage medical emergencies when necessary Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive healthcare Coordinate referrals to specialists or higher levels of care as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with physicians, providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care
QUALIFICATIONS
Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license Current DEA registration and state-controlled substance certification (as required) Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA) Minimum of 1 year of recent Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience (required) Ability and willingness to work at all three clinic locations in Arvada, Thornton, and Lakewood Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to patient care
