NP / PA - Outpatient Family Clinic in Colorado - Relocation Package Salud Family Health is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team in Fort Morgan, Colorado . Requirements:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Licensure:

Unrestricted NP or PA license in good standing in

Colorado Experience:

3+ years of clinical experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

Spanish-speaking strongly preferred, Demonstrated sensitivity to low-income and ethnically diverse populations
