Current Connecticut APRN license or eligibility for Connecticut licensure. Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration, or eligibility to obtain. Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient, outpatient, emergency psychiatry, or behavioral health setting.
