Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory injectables. Deliver natural-looking results while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care. Recommend customized treatment plans, skincare, and maintenance programs to optimize patient outcomes. Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional clinical care and follow-up. Maintain accurate medical documentation, photography, and treatment records. Recognize and appropriately manage complications or adverse events according to clinical protocols. Collaborate with providers, estheticians, and front desk team members to deliver a seamless luxury patient experience. Maintain knowledge of all SKINNEY services, products, and treatment offerings. Contribute to individual performance goals and overall clinic growth. Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license. Current BLS certification. Experience performing cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills. Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning. Experience with Sculptra, PRP, laser treatments, or other energy-based devices is a plus. Professional, polished, and patient-focused with a passion for aesthetic medicine. Experienced injectors are preferred; however, exceptional Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with strong aesthetic training and a genuine passion for cosmetic medicine are encouraged to apply.
