Diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow‑up care. Obtain and maintain accurate patient histories and documentation. Review diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging to determine clinical needs. Provide patient education, counseling, and chronic disease management. Ensure accurate ICD‑10 and CPT coding and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain CME, licensure, and certification requirements. Uphold HIPAA and organizational confidentiality standards. Perform other duties customarily performed by an APRN in a primary care setting. QualificationsEducation & Experience Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Prior experience as an APRN in primary care or a comparable clinical setting. Certificates & Licenses Active State APRN License. Valid national board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable). Current DEA registration. Required Skills & Abilities Ability to interpret clinical data, scientific literature, and technical documentation. Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare partners. Ability to analyze problems, evaluate data, and make sound clinical decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems. Ability to work in a fast‑paced clinic environment with professionalism and compassion. Physical Demands Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and use hands. Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds. Moderate noise level typical of a busy clinic. Ideal Candidate Attributes Detail‑oriented and clinically focused.
