About One Clinical:

One Clinical is pioneering an integrated approach to healthcare. Unlike traditional clinics that often separate physical and mental health, One Clinical operates on the philosophy that psychological well-being is foundational to treating medical conditions. A new Medical Health Department is being launched to ensure adult patients receive comprehensive, holistic care that addresses both their physical and mental health needs simultaneously.

Position Overview:

One Clinical is seeking a visionary, autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to establish and lead the new Medical Health Department servicing adult patients. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about integrated care and eager to build a department from the ground up. The position offers a flexible schedule of one to two days per week between Monday and Saturday, with the opportunity to expand hours as the department grows.

Key Responsibilities:
Department Leadership:

Design, implement, and grow the clinical workflows for the new adult Medical Health Department in alignment with the integrated care philosophy.

Autonomous Patient Care:

Provide high-quality, autonomous medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients, seamlessly incorporating mental health considerations into physical care plans.

Collaborative Integration:

Work closely with the existing mental health team to ensure a unified approach to patient wellness and continuity of care.

Care Management:

Develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR) reflecting the integrated treatment approach.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. Board certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, or dual certification with PMHNP is a plus). Demonstrated ability to practice autonomously and exercise independent clinical judgment. Strong interest or experience in integrated care settings where physical and mental health intersect. Excellent communication, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills to help launch a new department.

Benefits & Schedule:
