III NICU

setting Manage an average of 19 NICU patients daily and support approximately 2,700 deliveries annually Perform neonatal rounding and patient management Deliver acute care to critically ill neonates, including high-risk deliveries and resuscitations Perform neonatal procedures within your scope of competency Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU team members Exercise clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making Support neonatal transport team and utilize subspecialty support services Contribute to a team-oriented, evidence-based neonatal practice environment Engage in educational opportunities, including coordination with medical students What You Need Valid Florida NP license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification Prior NICU experience preferred; not suitable for new graduates Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Panama City, FL, providing high-quality neonatal care in a collaborative Level
