We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bilingual Advanced Practice Nurse or PA ( Physicans Assistant) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Overview In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of clinical services across diverse patient populations, including acute, chronic, pediatric, geriatric, and specialized care settings. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and diagnose conditions. Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and regulatory guidelines. Manage complex cases involving acute pain, infectious diseases, geriatrics, behavioral health, and chronic conditions such as diabetes or heart disease. Perform advanced procedures including suturing, IV infusion, catheterization, spinal taps, dermal fillers, Botox treatments (Botulinum toxin), and esthetic laser treatments. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation and medical records management. Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists (e.g., gastroenterology, ophthalmology), nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Provide telehealth consultations and participate in clinical research initiatives to advance evidence-based practices. Skills Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Greenway Intergy for documentation and patient management. Extensive experience in diverse clinical environments including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU/critical care (Level I & II trauma centers), nursing homes, hospice & palliative care, and outpatient clinics. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology (including CPT coding), and medical terminology. Skilled in performing diagnostic evaluations such as sonography and laboratory specimen collection/processing. Expertise in managing complex cases involving infectious disease care, acute pain management, trauma response (Level I & II trauma centers), dialysis procedures, ventilator management, and occupational health protocols. Experience working with vulnerable populations including pediatrics (including toddler care), geriatrics (memory/dementia/Alzheimer's care), individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities of any kind. Ability to perform advanced procedures such as tube feeding management, gastric lavage, venipuncture/IV insertion/injection administration while adhering to aseptic techniques. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality; familiarity with drug enforcement regulations (DEA). Excellent client communication skills; capable of providing health coaching and discharge planning while ensuring compliance with NCQA standards.
