  • Primary Care and Infusion Services CuraWell Health Solutions Temple Terrace, Florida Full-Time Job Summary CuraWell Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team.
This is an office-based position providing comprehensive primary care services and clinical oversight of IV infusion services performed in the clinic. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, communicates effectively with patients and healthcare partners, and is committed to providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Location Temple Terrace, Florida Schedule Full-time Compensation and Benefits Annual salary of $110,000
  • 120,000, based on qualifications and experience.
Sign-on bonus offered. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Performance and salary review after 90 days of employment. Eligibility for employer-sponsored health insurance after 90 days of employment. Primary Care Responsibilities Perform new-patient evaluations, routine follow-up appointments, wellness visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care visits. Obtain and document comprehensive medical histories and perform appropriate physical examinations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the provider's scope of practice. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Order and interpret laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and other appropriate clinical studies. Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with federal and Florida laws, professional standards, and applicable collaborative or supervisory requirements. Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, medications, preventive care, treatment recommendations, and lifestyle modifications. Complete referrals and coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, home health agencies, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records. Infusion Services Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight of IV infusion services performed in the clinic. Evaluate patients for medical appropriateness and identify contraindications or risk factors before treatment. Review, authorize, and sign infusion orders and treatment plans when permitted by the provider's licensure, credentials, privileges, and company protocols. Review relevant medical histories, medications, allergies, laboratory results, vital signs, and clinical documentation before approving treatment. Ensure infusion treatments are provided according to approved clinical protocols, standing orders, medication guidelines, and safety standards. Collaborate with and provide clinical guidance to nurses and other qualified team members administering infusion treatments. Remain available for clinical consultation and promptly evaluate patients experiencing adverse reactions or changes in condition. Initiate appropriate emergency interventions, medication orders, patient transfers, or referrals when clinically necessary. Ensure infusion-related documentation, medication reconciliation, treatment response, and follow-up recommendations are completed accurately and promptly. Participate in the development and review of infusion protocols, emergency procedures, quality-assurance measures, and staff education. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license. Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Current and unrestricted Florida RN license. Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one, if required for assigned duties. Current NPI number and eligibility to enroll and credential with Medicare and commercial insurance plans. Current BLS certification. Ability to successfully complete all required background screening and credentialing requirements. Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. Preferred Qualifications Previous primary care, internal medicine, or family practice experience. Experience with IV infusion therapy, medication administration, and management of infusion-related reactions. Wound care experience or wound care certification is a plus. Current ACLS certification. Experience with electronic health record systems and quality-measure documentation.
