• not a provider who matters. You haven't left yet because you don't know if something better actually exists. It does. The Opportunity Chandra Britt Armstrong MD, LLC is a physician-owned, independent Family Medicine practice in Decatur, Georgia
• proudly serving our community for over 20 years. We are a participating practice within the Emory Healthcare Network , giving our providers the stability of a major system relationship combined with the freedom of true independent practice. We are growing
• and we are looking for one exceptional provider to grow with us. This position begins as Thursday and Friday
• two focused, meaningful days of practice. As your patient panel builds naturally, the schedule grows with it. Our goal is a full-time provider who has built something real here. This is not a placeholder role. It is a career trajectory. What Makes This Practice Different You will practice medicine
• not manage a queue. Our providers use AthenaOne EMR with CarePilot AI Medical Scribe
• which means documentation happens in the background while you are present with your patient. Our workflows are designed so that when the patient is in the room, you are fully there. You will serve patients who genuinely need you. Our patient population is primarily African American adults and seniors
• a community with real health challenges and deep loyalty to providers who treat them with dignity and respect. Many of our patients have been with this practice for years. They will know your name. They will trust you. You will expand your clinical reach

Providers who prefer to stay focused on core family medicine are equally supported. You will have direct access to physician leadership. Our Medical Director is in the building. Decisions get made. Questions get answered. Bureaucracy does not run this practice

• medicine does. A Typical Thursday Looks Like This You arrive. Your schedule is manageable and intentional

Your MA has rooms prepared. CarePilot handles your notes. Your patients are people you are beginning to know. You leave having actually helped someone. Then you do it again on Friday.

You Are Exactly Right For This Role If:

You hold an active Georgia NP license (or compact equivalent with Georgia eligibility) You have at least 2 years of Family Medicine or Primary Care NP experience Patients describe you as someone who actually listens You are building toward something

• not just collecting paychecks You are comfortable working in a lean, efficient independent practice where every provider's contribution is visible You believe relationship-centered medicine is not a buzzword
