Job Description

Join a growing team delivering patient-centered primary care to residents of skilled nursing facilities across Bainbridge, Georgia. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with no on-call or overnight duties, collaborative work with physicians and facility staff, and the chance to provide evidence-based care in a fast-paced SNF setting.
