General Nurse Practitioner Job in Henry, Illinois

Job Description

Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Henry, Illinois. This part-time role features flexible scheduling, no call or overnight responsibilities, and collaboration with physicians and facility staff to deliver evidence-based care.
Locations Primary:
Henry, IL Additional facility opportunities: Coulterville, Flanagan, Galesburg, Ridgway, IL Additional opportunities nationwide:
GA, IN, KS, MI, MO, OH, TN, WI
Schedule & Clinical Duties Part-time; six-hour facility shifts Rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No call or overnight shifts Average 15-20 patient visits per day Conduct daily rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Company-provided iPad with LTE Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay with potential to exceed industry benchmarks Long-term retention incentive up to $50,000 Performance-based bonuses Paid time off 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible providers) Employer-paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and professional lab coat Qualifications Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license NP board certification: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN; PA certification: NCCPA Board certified or board eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or ED Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
