6am•3pm Performing General Physicals and Silica Clearances No prescribing or diagnosing Volume•Typically 25-30 exams/day Support staff with be there to assist with exams Mileage Reimbursed at the current IRS Rate•.

76/Mile Lodging provided if needed Malpractice Insurance Provided Pay is $80/

HR Pay:

$80.00 per hour

License/Certification:

Illinois Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
