Lake Villa, IL Serving Lake, McHenry, Cook, DuPage, DeKalb, and Winnebago Counties Salary:
$125,000/year 4 or 5-day work week 25-30 patients/week Wound Wellness PLLC is a nurse practitioner-owned and operated wound care practice founded in February 2024, providing advanced wound care in the comfort of patients' homes and in-clinic . We are a mission-driven, rapidly growing startup seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner who is compassionate, motivated, and ready to make a difference. Position Highlights:
Provide advanced wound care including: Sharp debridement Ultramist therapy Wound vac application Biopsies Tissue graft placement See 25-30 patients per week Flexible schedule
•choose 4 or 5 working days Maintain weekly continuity of care Visits primarily conducted in patients' residences Looking for someone to service the Chicago area

Ideal Candidate:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Illinois Live in or nearby the Chicago area New grads welcome! Home health or mobile wound care experience preferred Strong work ethic and adaptability Comfortable working independently Passionate about patient advocacy and continuity of care Excited to contribute to a growing and evolving practice
