In this role, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, and manage ongoing treatment plans. We welcome both seasoned practitioners looking for a flexible schedule and newer graduates eager to expand their clinical footprint.

Duties & Responsibilities Patient Care:

Conduct thorough physical assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.

Chronic & Acute Management:

Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and effectively manage chronic health conditions.

Collaboration:

Partner closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, registered nurses, and administrative staff, to optimize patient outcomes.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, timely, and secure electronic health records (EHR) compliant with clinical guidelines.

Patient Education:

Counsel patients and families regarding lifestyle modifications, preventative medical care, and prescribed medication regimens.

Pay:

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
