Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Three Rivers Mental Health | Acton, MA Three Rivers Mental Health is growing, and we are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Massachusetts to join our collaborative outpatient practice. This is a 4-day-per-week salaried position with 32 patient-facing hours per week . The role offers a flexible hybrid structure, with an in-person requirement of at least 1 day per week in Acton, MA . In addition to traditional psychiatric medication management, providers will have the opportunity to participate in our expanding interventional psychiatry services , including Spravato and TMS , as well as support psychiatric care for patients enrolled in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) . The PMHNP may provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing clinical support for IOP patients , working collaboratively with therapists and other members of the treatment team to provide coordinated, higher-acuity behavioral health care. Who We're Looking For A warm, clinically strong, patient-centered provider Oncology experience or psychiatric experience as an RN or NP is strongly valued Fully licensed in Massachusetts or actively completing Massachusetts licensure Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms A clinician who thrives in a team environment, wants to learn, and is genuinely excited about caring for patients Someone interested in innovative and emerging treatment options in psychiatry New graduates are encouraged to apply if fully licensed in Massachusetts by their start date.
