Join our Busy Practice as a PivotCare Precision Psychiatry NP Fellow Are you a newly licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) eager to gain hands-on experience in a structured, mentored training program? PivotCare Precision Psychiatry is excited to introduce the structured Outpatient PMHNP Fellowship , designed to provide supervision, mentorship, and training in treating young adults through geriatric patients with complex, co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions. This 12-month fellowship program is a training-focused position where the NPs will receive direct clinical supervision, structured teaching in psychotherapy techniques, neuroscience-based interventions, and hands-on experience in a collaborative, multidisciplinary mental health setting. PivotCare Precision Psychiatry is offering this exclusive Outpatient PMHNP Fellowship , designed for an NP looking to develop skills in psychotherapy modalities, refine clinical expertise, master medication management, and engage in advanced psychiatric care— all under expert supervision that provides required collaboration for your license per MA BORN. This highly structured fellowship provides 1:1 mentorship, training, and real-world experience in an integrated outpatient psychiatric practice . The PMHNP Fellow will work directly with patients while receiving continuous clinical education and guidance from seasoned psychiatric NPs and our LICSW Team. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, as well as excellence in documentation and follow-up Provide medication management & psychotherapy in a supervised outpatient setting . Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure advanced care coordination and holistic patient care . Educate patients & families on mental health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate EHR patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in weekly case discussions & supervision meetings Who Should Apply? Newly licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) in Massachusetts ( must have completed licensure; we do not accept applicants awaiting approval ). Must have DEA, Mass CSR, an individual malpractice insurance, ANCC certification Passionate about outpatient psychiatry, therapy, and integrated mental health care . Eager to enhance clinical skills through structured mentorship & direct patient care .
