In this role, you will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management for patients of all ages. You will collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers to ensure integrated, high-quality care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for patients across the lifespan Develop and manage individualized treatment and medication plans Monitor treatment response and adjust medications as needed Conduct suicide and risk assessments, ensuring appropriate safety planning Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers Document care accurately and timely in the EHREducate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options Participate in case conferences, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and patient-centered culture Required Skills Psychiatric assessment Diagnostic formulation (DSM-5-TR) Psychopharmacology Medication management Suicide risk assessment and crisis intervention Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration Treatment planning Patient and family education Regulatory and compliance knowledge (HIPAA, Joint Commission)
