Evolve Med Spa emphasizes a supportive, growth-oriented culture for both clients and team members. Role Description The Medical Provider at Evolve Med Spa is an on-site role based in Waldorf, MD. In this position, the provider performs non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including injectables and other medical-grade services, following established clinical protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating clients on procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare. The role involves documenting all treatments accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory and clinic policies, and collaborating closely with the spa team to ensure an exceptional client experience. The Medical Provider also participates in ongoing training, stays current with advances in aesthetic medicine, and supports business growth through professional, client-centered care. Qualifications Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant in Maryland; experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery is preferred. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and performing aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser or skin treatments) with a high standard of safety and precision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and provide inclusive, affirming care to a diverse client base. Detail-oriented approach to documentation, compliance, and infection control; familiarity with electronic medical records and standard medical office workflows. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-based environment focused on client satisfaction. Ability to work on-site in Waldorf, MD, including some evenings or weekends as needed to support client scheduling.
