Job Description

LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join an established outpatient primary care practice in Randallstown, Maryland . You will provide patient-centered family medicine alongside board-certified physicians with support from well-trained medical office staff. The role offers a stable hospital-employed practice, predictable scheduling with no scheduled evenings, weekends, or holidays, and ongoing clinical development supported by a continuing medical education allowance. Have predictable scheduling:
Work full-time in an outpatient practice with no scheduled evenings, weekends, or holidays, plus shared telephone-only call averaging 2 to 3 call shifts per month.
Practice with strong operational support:
Partner with well-trained medical office staff so you can focus on patient care within a collaborative, team-based practice. Build a long-term primary care career: As a hospital-employed provider, you will have access to professional membership support and a continuing medical education allowance for ongoing clinical development.
Responsibilities / About
This Role Own patient-centered primary care: Evaluate and manage patients across the family medicine spectrum while building ongoing relationships with patients in an established outpatient practice.
Keep care coordinated:
Work closely with medical office staff and the clinical team to support consistent, high-quality outpatient care.
Share after-hours coverage:
Provide telephone-only call as part of the provider team, averaging 2 to 3 call shifts per month.
Grow your clinical practice:
Use continuing medical education and professional membership support to maintain and develop your primary care knowledge and skills. Qualifications Current Maryland Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Nurse Practitioner license Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or qualification appropriate for primary care Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced nursing degree Primary care Nurse Practitioner experience preferred Current Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license, or ability to obtain them Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care Benefits $110,000 to $130,000 per year , based on years of experience, plus additional production and performance bonus incentives Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage 401(k) retirement plan and life insurance Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and professional membership dues Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays 8600 Liberty Road, 2nd Floor, Randallstown, MD 21133 About LifeBridge Health LifeBridge Health is a dynamic, purpose-driven health system redefining care delivery across the mid-Atlantic and beyond, anchored by our mission to "improve the health of people in the communities we serve."
