Job Summary Romeo Health Care, an established, physician-owned family practice in downtown Romeo, is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to see patients alongside our physician. You will manage your own schedule of acute, chronic, and preventive visits for patients of all ages in a friendly, well-run office with an experienced support team of medical assistants, scribes, and front-desk staff. Schedule, hours, and compensation are all negotiable. Tell us what works for you. Responsibilities Provide primary care for patients across the lifespan: annual physicals, acute visits, and chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and more) Order and interpret labs and imaging; diagnose, treat, and prescribe within your scope of practice Document accurately and promptly in the EMR Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinical staff Requirements Active Michigan Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred) or Physician Assistant license in good standing National certification (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA) DEA registration or eligibility Family practice / primary care experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude Schedule Part-time, weekday daytime hours plus one Saturday per month. No nights, no hospital call. Days and hours are negotiable. Pay $75,000 - $80,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and hours.
