$120,000 + RVU Bonus Opportunity Position Summary Challenge is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. This position will support the development of outpatient services in Saline while also working collaboratively with our hospital partner in Hillsdale. We are looking for an NP who is comfortable evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, and working with physicians and other clinical providers. The position will begin with a gradual ramp-up as patient volume develops, with the opportunity to grow into a well-established full-time practice. Schedule Full-time position Primarily based at our Saline office Approximately one day per week in Hillsdale Anticipated four-day clinical schedule in Saline as volume develops Gradual ramp-up schedule during the first several months Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients in an outpatient clinical setting Obtain patient histories and perform appropriate physical examinations Develop and document assessment and treatment plans Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing Coordinate referrals and specialty care when appropriate Identify patients who may benefit from additional procedural or specialty treatment Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in the continued development and growth of the practice Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure in Michigan Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current national board certification Current BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Outpatient, primary care, hospital, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or pain management experience preferred Compensation Starting base salary of $120,000 RVU-based productivity bonus opportunity Compensation structure designed to reward growth in patient volume and productivity About Challenge Challenge is a growing Michigan healthcare organization providing anesthesia management, clinical staffing, and outpatient pain services.
