Job Description:

As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urogynecology, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialized care to our female patients. You will work collaboratively with our urogynecologist and support staff to offer comprehensive urological care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of urological conditions specific to women's health.
• Provide patient education on urological health, preventive measures, and treatment options.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with urologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Perform minor urological procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in urology and women's health through continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Mississippi.
• Specialized training or experience in women's health and urology.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Experience with Allscripts is a plus.
