m. UNC Primary Care at Graham is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team at this brand new, state-of-the-art facility. Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong interest in caring for medically complex adult patients
• Demonstrated experience and interest in addressing mental health needs within a primary care setting Clinical Services Provided
• Comprehensive preventive healthcare
• Acute and sick care
• Annual physicals and wellness visits
• Immunizations
• Women's health services
• Management of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Routine screening and diagnostic testing Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department.
