Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative APN to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hold dual-licensing in both NJ and NY. Compact license is a bonus! A strong background in overseeing clinical staff, including APNs, nurses, and estheticians. They will also possess a thorough understanding of the governing laws and regulations in New Jersey related to medical spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage clinical staff, including APNs, nurses, and estheticians, ensuring compliance with medical standards and protocols. Ensure all clinical operations adhere to state and federal regulations, maintaining a high standard of patient care. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations across all locations. Provide training and continuous education to clinical staff on best practices, new techniques, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and improvement of services. Address and resolve any clinical issues or concerns that arise within the practice. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Ensure the med spa's adherence to infection control, safety, and health guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid and current APN license in the state of New Jersey. Valid and current APN license in the state of New York. Valid and current DEA certificate. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role, preferably within a med spa or similar setting. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour
