Job Description

Job Summary All Health Medical is a growing, patient-centered primary care practice providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team and deliver high-quality care to both pediatric and adult patients .The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, adolescents, and adults. This role includes preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes Duties Perform routine well-child visits, annual physicals, sick visits, and follow-up care Conduct physical exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and implement patient treatment plans Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans Collaborate with pediatricians, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, practice protocols, and regulatory standards Provide patient-centered, culturally sensitive care at all times Experience Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain) BLS and PALS certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous pediatric experience mandatory Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Spanish speaking perferred

$130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
