Job Description

MAJOR FUNCTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Primary Care team. The NP will provide comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role is ideal for a practitioner dedicated to patient-centered care, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program 2+ years experience in primary care preferred Strong knowledge of primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team

Certification/ Licensure:

Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Active NJ CDS and DEA license BLS certification Physical Requirements Place an N, O, F or C in the boxes below
