Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with mental health providers. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive behavioral healthcare services to patients, including those in specialized areas such as behavioral health and addiction medicine. Duties Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient care effectively. Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments. Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to advancements in healthcare practices. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems. Skills Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions. Strong communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.
