Employees are expected to perform essential duties to established performance standards. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and risk evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Prescribe, adjust, and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with best practices Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care Deliver crisis intervention services and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary Educate clients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, care coordinators, and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations Provide services across multiple settings, including outpatient clinics, urgent care, telehealth, and community-based environments Adhere to all agency policies and procedures, including confidentiality and ethical standards Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support client care and organizational operations
