Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range:

$130,000 - $145,000 annually (commensurate with experience and licensure)

Performance Bonuses:

Up to $40,000 quarterly

reimbursement Generous PTO plus paid holidays No nights, weekends, or formal on-call requirements What You'll Do As a PMHNP with Balanced Wellbeing, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments Diagnose and treat mental health conditions through evidence-based medication management Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Order and interpret laboratory tests as appropriate Participate in GDR and psychotropic medication review meetings Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, facility staff, and families Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Meet daily productivity and encounter expectations Respond to facility needs as appropriate (no formal on-call) What We're Looking For Active Pennsylvania APRN license as a PMHNP National board certification (ANCC or equivalent) DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Psychiatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills Ability to pass required background checks Four verifiable peer references Organized, reliable, and team-oriented Reliable transportation for limited travel between facilities Schedule & Work Setting Monday-Friday, daytime hours No weekends or holidays Work in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities Minimal regional travel within the Lock Haven area Ready to Grow With Us?
