First Primary Care (FPC) is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) to provide high-quality, relationship-focused care through our Direct Primary Care model. Based in Laredo, with required travel to Carrizo Springs. We are actively hiring clinicians residing in Laredo, Eagle Pass, or Carrizo Springs. Key Requirements PA-C or FNP-C license required Fluent Spanish, spoken and written, required Must be able to travel to Carrizo Springs, TX, 2 days per week or as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient confidentiality and compassionate care Ability to create care plans and follow through Interest in preventative and lifestyle-focused medicine What You'll Do Provide thorough, personalized primary care to FPC members Build lasting relationships with a limited patient panel Communicate directly with patients by phone, text, and email Diagnose and manage chronic conditions with an emphasis on prevention and long-term health Support patients with nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and other healthy lifestyle goals Perform and develop skills in procedures appropriate to your scope of practice Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve patient care Why FPC?
