Brownwood / Early, Texas (Central Texas) Part-Time Position with opportunity to grow in to a Full-Time Position Our established outpatient clinic has served the Brownwood/Early community for over 10 years, providing high-quality women's health, hormone optimization, preventative medicine, and outpatient care for both women and men. We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in a structured outpatient environment focused on quality care, patient relationships, and long-term provider growth. This role is intended for an advanced practice provider who is confident in clinical decision-making, comfortable managing outpatient patients, and committed to practicing within NP/PA scope in women's health and hormone optimization medicine.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
This is a licensed advanced practice provider role only . Applicants must hold an active or pending Texas NP or PA license to be considered.

Core Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient patients Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans Provide women's health and hormone optimization care Deliver preventative and chronic care management Maintain accurate EMR documentation Educate patients on treatment plans and health optimization Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care Build long-term patient relationships Required Qualifications Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (required or in final stages) Board certification or board eligible DEA license or ability to obtain Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work in outpatient independent practice environment Preferred Experience (NOT
