Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult patients. Your expertise will support preventive health, acute and chronic disease management, and health education. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health while utilizing your broad clinical skills. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history reviews to determine health status and formulate treatment plans. Manage acute and chronic conditions utilizing evidence-based protocols, including medication administration, wound suturing. Perform specialized procedures when qualified. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system for accurate documentation of patient encounters, diagnoses (ICD-10/ICD-9 coding), and treatment outcomes. Provide telehealth consultations to extend access to care for remote or underserved populations while maintaining HIPAA compliance Skills Proven experience with EMR/EHR Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Skilled in performing procedures including suturing, ingrown toenail removal, minor wounds. Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes and understanding of Workers' Compensation law regulations. Experience working in primary care settings Competent in managing diverse patient populations Ability to handle triage situations effectively is a plus. Pay:
$107,311.26 - $125,000.00 per year
