We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. As an NP , you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
Provide patient education on preventive care, health maintenance, and disease management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Weekend hospital rounding will consist of seeing newborns only, with no procedures required, for a couple of weekends each month.
Work at both our Cypress and Houston locations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (NP) .
Current state licensure in Texas as an NP.
Certification as an NP by a recognized national certifying body.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or a related field preferred.
Will train new grads
Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
Benefits :
Hourly Salary:
$50-55 per hour, based on experience.
