We are seeking a medical professional to establish a premium, multi-disciplinary metabolic health and hormone restoration clinic in Utah. Unlike traditional, volume-based weight loss clinics, we believe true body optimization requires a unified approach. Our facility seamlessly merges advanced medical therapies (GLP-1s, TRT) with an on-site private training gym and specialized Registered Dietitian (RD) services. We protect patient muscle mass, rebuild metabolic health, and engineer sustainable lifestyle transformations without the restrictions of the insurance system. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, providing comprehensive patient care across diverse settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and deliver exceptional patient-centered services in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to improving patient outcomes through innovative care practices.
Responsibilities Clinical Care:
Conduct initial in-person health evaluations, analyze comprehensive laboratory biomarkers, and design custom medical weight loss or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocols.
Prescribing Integrity:
Responsibly prescribe and manage GLP-1 receptor agonists (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) and customized hormone regimens for men and women.
Remote Follow-Ups:
Conduct routine follow-up consultations, check in on side effects, and review laboratory progression.
Collaborative Practice:
Partner directly with our on-site Registered Dietitians and fitness coaches to ensure patients receive fully integrated nutritional and exercise support.
Patient Monitoring:
Order and interpret continuous lab panels (including CBC, hormone levels, lipids, and metabolic markers) to ensure maximum safety and clinical outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain accurate, thorough electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) guidelines.
Present program tiers:
Inform patients of our multiple tiers of service(some including training and RD services) and recommend a plan specific to their needs.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Utah.
Credentials:
Active Utah Controlled Substance License and DEA registration (required for scheduling TRT).
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in medical weight loss, urology, endocrinology, or functional medicine is highly preferred.
