Bellamarque Beauty & Lash Co. is a brand-new luxury Med Spa in Riverton, Utah, and we are looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner (NP) to help us build and lead our Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss & Peptide Therapy Department. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Hormone Optimization & Medical Weight Loss NP, you will help:

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments
• Evaluate patients for appropriate hormone optimization and medical weight-loss services
• Develop individualized treatment plans within your legal scope of practice
• Manage appropriate GLP-1 and other medical weight-loss therapies
• Evaluate and manage appropriate peptide therapies where legally permitted
• Monitor patient progress, safety and treatment response
• Provide ongoing patient education and support
• Establish strong patient relationships and retention
• Help develop clinical protocols and systems
• Help build our wellness membership programs
• Collaborate with the Bellamarque leadership team
• Help develop the department's growth strategy
• Contribute ideas for future services, programs and expansion
• Help create a scalable model that can ultimately be implemented in future locations

COMPENSATION

Commission-Based Position This is a performance-based opportunity designed for someone who is highly motivated and excited about building their patient base and department. Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Nurse Practitioner license
• Appropriate Utah licensure and credentials to practice
• Ability to legally provide the services associated with the position
• Appropriate prescribing authority and/or collaborating/supervising arrangements as required by Utah law
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Experience or strong interest in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapies and/or peptides
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Professional, positive and energetic personality We also request you have a knowledge of blood draws , we do this in house.

(Injection knowledge a bonus)
