Job Description
Nurse Practitioner - Weight Loss & Hormone Wellness (Part Time) Abbott Health & Wellness is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part time basis, 1 to 2 days per week. Our clinic focuses on weight loss, hormone optimization, and overall wellness, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients feel their best through personalized, evidence based care. What you'll do Manage a caseload of patients for weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and general wellness. Conduct patient consultations, review labs, and build individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage compounded and off label medications under collaborative physician oversight. Educate patients on treatment options and answer questions about their care. Collaborate with our clinical team on protocols and patient outcomes. What we're looking for Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (Utah). Prescriptive authority. Experience or strong interest in weight loss medicine, hormone therapy, or functional medicine preferred. Comfortable working in a small, close knit clinic environment.
