UHealth is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our post-acute care team and provide high-quality patient care right in your community. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who values autonomy and strong clinical support in a collaborative, physician-led environment. As a Nurse Practitioner with UHealth, you'll manage and coordinate care for your own patient panel while benefiting from comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and dedicated Medical Director oversight. What You'll Do Provide thoughtful, patient-centered care to a post-acute population Coordinate care with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and specialists Communicate clearly and effectively with the interdisciplinary care team Complete daily documentation in the electronic medical record accurately and on time Why UHealth?
