Job Description

Job Overview As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and treatment to individuals across various medical settings. Duties

Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
Order diagnostic tests and interpret results
Prescribe medications and treatments
Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate documentation
Stay updated on current medical practices and guidelines Qualifications
Experience or knowledge in DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Epic
Strong patient care skills
