Job Summary Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) — School-Based Clinic | Stuart, VA $108,160 - $141,440/year | Home by 4:00 PM | No call, nights, or weekends | NHSC loan repayment eligible Brand-new, year-round school-based clinic in Stuart, VA. One full-time FNP or PA-C delivering primary and acute care to elementary, middle, and high school students plus school system staff — including minor procedures such as suturing — practicing independently with Medical Director oversight.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. No on-call, no nights, no weekends. Year-round, not tied to the school calendar. Capped at 19 encounters per 8-hour day. Compensation & benefits $108,160-$141,440 based on education and experience, plus annual cost-of-living adjustment (3% in 2025) NHSC loan repayment eligible — every employee who has applied has received it FTCA malpractice coverage, no tail required 20 days PTO in year one (accruing to 27), 9 paid holidays, 2 paid volunteer days $2,500 CE allowance and 5 paid CE days; license, DEA, board certification, and
